Sweet Santa Hats
My Sweet Santa Hats were a big hit this Holiday season so i decided to share.
Its a Quick and Simple recipe for a great dessert.
Items you need
1. Brownies ( tip.I got the ones that come made in packs of 4. Box brings about 5 packs)
2. Strawberries
3. Butter cream
Heres how to build your Sweet Santa.
Step 1. wash and cut the top half of your strawberries leaving them looking like a cone.
Step 2. using the buttercream ice the top of all the brownies. (tip. i got a small sandwhich bag and placed the buttercreaminside and cut off a little corner to have better access to ice the brownies, and squeeze away)
Step 3. place the strawberries with the cut portion facing down directly on to the buttercream.
Step 4. Finally, place a little of butter cream on the tip of each strwberry.
Step 5. Voila" your Sweet Santa hats are ready to enjoy. Remember to share :)
**tip: Try to have strawberries at room tempature when in the process of making the SWEET SANTA HATS or they will slide right off. also keep in fridge until you are ready to eat or they will also fall apart as the strawberries will slowly melt the buttercream.

Photo Canvas
![]() |
This idea I found on Pintrest and decided to run with it adding some of my own ideas to it. I made these to give as Christmas gifts this year. floowing you will have the directions on how to make it. I meant to take picture of the process but i got so into making them that it totally slipped my mind.
things you need
1. photo prints
2. canvas
3. mod podge (matte finish)
4.paint brush
5.spray paint
6.patients
First, I picked out pictures from my little photo library.
These are pictures I had taken of the kiddos one day we were outside playing. NOT FROM A PROFESSIONAL or Studio.
I sent these out to print at Walgreen's for only $2.99 each. (8x10) is what i chose but you can print whichever size you like.
Secondly, I went to my Micheal's craft store and purchase 10 8x10 canvas frames they were on sale 10 for $14.99 which was a steal considering each single canvas are 8.99 each. Also picked up a few paint brushes at 99 cents each and some mod podge. i got the large bottle for 8.99 for future projects.
Steps to project
1. I used black spray paint to color the canvas. you may choose whichever colors suits you print best.
2. after paint dried I brushed on mod podge to the canvas and carefully place print to cover front of canvas and presses down leaving no bubbles after print was in place I lightly brushed on mod podge to the print and thin layer is all you need. Its a bit scary but i will dry on CLEAR. took a couple of strokes here and there to make it look even but i achieved the look I wanted.
3. Let dry and hang on your Favorite wall. In my case give as a gift.
4. Give yourself a pat on the back
In my case I'm glad I chose to make these, they were a great success my Mother -in law loved them so much she cried.. Great gifts for Grandma's and grandpa all for under $40.00 :))

in pageants so I became curious and asked her about "Princess" joining in and
told me there are girls her age all the time, so I entered her. In our first pageant she did an amazing job and took the title of Tiny Miss Sunburst of Miami

refuse to pay an arm and a leg for her to be on stage for a min or so. Being the
crafty mom that I am I created the TUTU JUMPER. Heres how I made it :)
little jumper for only $1.00,I then purchased about 2 yrds of red tule only 99 cents a yrd. Awesome we are at $3.00
Step 2.Cut tule to desired length and sewed on to the bottom hem of the skirt
Step. 3 Added some butterfly appliques and covereed button with rinestones ((had in my crafty box)
